Whether you are visiting Hamilton for business, attending a private event, or simply prefer a stay where details are anticipated rather than requested, the VIP programme is designed to make everything seamless.

VIP status is available to guests booking the Executive Suite, Waikato Suite, or Chairman's Suite, and by invitation to returning guests.

Subject to availability, VIP guests receive a complimentary upgrade on arrival. Late checkout is arranged automatically.

Direct access to the casino floor, reserved tables on request, and a personal gaming host for the evening (20+ only).

Airport Transfers

Private transfer between Hamilton Airport and the hotel can be arranged. Auckland Airport transfers available at additional cost.

In-Room Amenities

The top-tier accommodation at Coromandel Club — a spacious suite with a separate lounge, king bed, premium bathroom amenities, and a private balcony overlooking the city. Guests in the Chairman's Suite receive the full VIP programme as standard, including a dedicated personal host throughout the stay.

The suite also includes direct casino hall access and a complimentary evening at the tables (20+ only), private dining arrangements on request, and a curated welcome experience with local Waikato produce.
